• May be OS dependent or browser specific
• Vary wildly in terms of features, interface & complexity
• Can cost money, but most are totally free
• Accept different RSS Standards (RSS 1.0, RSS 2.0, RSS 0.90, RSS 0.91, ATOM)

In short, download a few different RSS aggregators, try them out and find the one that works best for you.
